REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Uzma Collections, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We focus on providing quality fashion products including clothing, apparel, footwear, handbags, and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund based on the conditions mentioned below.



1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
✔ Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
✔ Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
✔ Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice must be included
✔ Product must not be damaged due to customer handling

Products that are customized, made-to-order, discounted, or marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.



2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products
Sale or clearance items (if mentioned)
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging or tags
Final clearance stock items



3. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

✔ Provide order details and reason for return
✔ Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address
✔ Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect



4. Refund Process & Timeline

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

✔ Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI/card/bank/wallet)
✔ Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway



5. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.



6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Photo/video proof is required for verification
✔ After confirmation, replacement or refund will be initiated



7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
After delivery, return policy will apply for eligible cases.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
